2021 Olympia Bio | IFBB Pro Men’s Physique Arya Saffaie
My journey competing began in 2013, I decided to do a show and was fortunate to place 1st in my first show which kicked off an addiction for the stage! 3 months later I did my second show (muscle contest LA championships) and took 1st in my class and won the overall.
A week later I stepped on the muscle contest national stage in Las Vegas and earned my IFBB PRO card placing fist in my class
In 2014 I made a run for the Olympia stage. At this time, I had Kim in my corner and he helped changed my process has led me to where I am today. My first 2 pro shows I placed top 10. I knew I can do better so I kept pushing. Next show was the mile high pro where finally placed top 5 earning 4th. This motivated me to keep going. So I did, and the next show was in new Orleans. This is where I placed 1st and earned my 1st qualification to MR Olympia in 2014
2015 I had to sit out due to getting 2 shoulder surgeries. I was determined to come back.
In 2016 I did and requalified for my 2nd Olympia. This was special due to the fact that I was coming back from 2 surgeries that had me feeling maybe my competing days were over.
Fast forward, I have qualified for 6 Olympias, ( 2014, 2016,2017, 2019,2020, 2021) have won 5 pro shows and this next show will be my 31st show total ( 3 armature and 28 pro)
Under Kim’s guidance, I’ve continued to improve and feel this next Olympia I am feeling confident that I can and will to place higher than I ever have.

Stress is the body’s response to a challenge or demand. Everyone experiences stress, which can be triggered by a range of events, from small daily hassles to major changes like a divorce or job loss. The stress response includes physical components such an elevated heart rate and blood pressure, thoughts and personal beliefs about the stressful event, and emotions, including fear and anger. Although we often think of it as being negative, stress can also come from positive changes in your life, like getting a promotion at work or having a new baby.

Alcohol, nicotine and caffeine may temporarily relieve stress but have negative health impacts and can make stress worse in the long run. Well-nourished bodies cope better, so start with a good breakfast, add more organic fruits and vegetables, avoid processed foods and sugar, and drink more water.
