What made you decide to train with Kim Oddo and Body By O?
I started with the Google search and I read everything I could find. I looked at qualifications, the clients and success stories and decided Kim was right for me. He has clients all over the country and even overseas for that matter. He makes winners and I wanted to be a winner. Oh – and as a bonus he was 10 minutes away from me.
What does your typical training consist of?
Training for my competitions is a 14-hour a week commitment to the gym, not to mention all the food prep etc. I weight train 4 days a week, including glute training an additional 3 days and cardio 7 days a week, 2 times a day.
What suggestions do you have for others looking to make a body transformation or compete in a competition?
Do your research. Get a coach, as the accountability is key to making it to the stage. Make sure your house is in order and your support system is in place. This takes hard work, willpower, determination and the desire to be the best you can be.
