"It’s the WILL, not the SKILL. Transformation Tuesday 🌸 Here it is 15weeks Prep to my last national show NPC USAS this December. I took 1yr and 2 months planned off season with Body BY O, Coach Kim Oddo where we focused on growing my upper body, glutes and keeping my quads under control among many things that changed along the way. We then went on this 15 week journey to see what was under there and these are my results.I’m so proud of how far I’ve come physically and mentally; I cannot wait to see what the future holds. Huge thank you to my coach Kim Oddo for your mentoring and guidance couldn’t have done it without you.
Today is the day checkins 2021 plans, stay tuned! One cool thing about this prep is that I got plenty of refeeds (food bumps) along the way. I was at my stage weight like 3-2 weeks out...so coach kept feeding me. 😊 This prep I decided to prep my food in bulks, cook every other or every 3 days. Most of my food was heated or made in a pan making it much more tastier than just putting it in the microwave. (I will do it if it’s my only choice) It really made prep that much better as I was enjoying my meals every time.

One thing that Coach really tweaked like a week out was my posing routine. I worked day and night to clean it up make it flow. Definitely a fun task for me. I nailed it. ✅
