During competition prep we all get in that funk where we have no desire to do anything, let alone go to the gym or maybe that's just me? Well I know I have been there plenty of times! So here are my top 5 tips and tricks to help you stay motivated during you prep.
- Set your phones home screen to a photo of yourself of how you looked when you started.
- Make a list of tasks/accomplishments you want to achieve in the gym or in your everyday life.
- Surround yourself with like-minded people.
- Keep in mind that you will be in a competition bikini on stage in front of everyone.
- Keep track of your progress.
