Bio: I was born and raised in San Diego, CA and am the eldest of 4 girls...my poor dad! I graduated in 4 years from SDSU with a Bachelors in BA. I worked for our family business, Martinez Farms (a plant nursery) for 15 years until my dad decided to retire this past 2016 and that is when I became an ISSA certified personal trainer. This was a major career change for me, but v
ery well worth it! I am excited to help change people's lives and helping them achieve their goals.
I met the love of my life, David Lamb, in 2010 and that is when my passion for LIFE, travel, and fitness began. I wanted to spend time with him and he was always at the gym, so I decided to give it a try and I loved it! I entered my first NPC Bikini show in July 2013 and I have been hooked ever since! I've done 9 shows and going on my 10th this upcoming month. Believe it or not, I love the whole show prep process, the cardio, the dieting, EVERYTHING, I love seeing what my body can do. I joined Body By O in mid-2014 and in 2015, I won my very first First place trophy along with the Bikini Overall at Muscle Contest's San Diego Championships. Another passion of mine is traveling, I have been to 27 countries since I met my husband and I can't wait to see the rest of the world!
