Edel Keenehan - Have Had Great Success Since Working with Kim Oddo

I am so thankful for this man right here, Kim Oddo! I started working with Kim in February of last year- since then I have had nothing but success and opportunities in the sport of bodybuilding. He has guided me through prep for 4 competitions- with each prep being better than the previous one. This last prep was just the best! I was in contact with Kim daily on the run up to the Arnold he monitored my weight and food meticulously and made sure I was 100 percent ready for the competition. I was constantly refed, cardio was down to 20 mins a day and my body is working more efficiently than it ever has before!! I am mentally and physically in a really good place after my competitions and its down to the careful prep coaching by Kim. With his help I placed top 5 in all 3 California completions with 2 class wins and a 4th , and most recently taking the sword and crowned overall bikini champion at the Gold Coast classic. Then to top it off i placed 7th this last weekend in my first international competition - Arnold Classic which without Kim's guidance and support would not have been possible. I cannot wait to see what our next step is this is only the beginning for this Angel!
