Our return/refund/exchange policy lasts 30 days and ONLY covers damaged or faulty products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund, return, or exchange.
Any item that a client no longer wants is eligible for a refund with the provision that it is UNOPENED and SEALED. The client is responsible for the shipping fee back to our facility and will also be charged a $15.00 re-stocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and sealed in its original condition. However, if the product is faulty, we will accept an open product and ship you a new one.
If a client would like to exchange one product for another, then we will gladly do so under the conditions that it is unopened. We can either exchange for a different product at our booth or call the office and handle it that way. We will not ship out a new product until we receive the one you would like to return. The client will be responsible for shipping us the old one back.
Programs: Once a client has received a program from Body By O, there will BE NO REFUND (no exceptions). If a client paid, but did not receive a program, then we will issue a refund. If we issue a refund for a program, there will be a $100.00 processing fee charged to the client.
If a client decides half way through their program that they no longer want to continue at that time, we will freeze the program with the remaining weeks. There will be a 2-year time frame within which a client can use their credit. After 2 years your credit will expire. When the client returns, they will not receive a new program but pick back up where they started with Kim. If a client has 2 weeks or less left on their program and decides to freeze, there will be NO CREDIT.
