Kim’s show program begins 12 weeks prior to your show date and will include a nutritional plan, weight training program, cardio schedule, and supplement schedule each monitored weekly by follow up appointments with Kim. Before starting you will need to call Body By Offices to schedule an office or phone consultation to speak with Kim and discuss contest dates and fitness goals. Prior to appointment digital photo’s need to be sent to Kim via e-mail. The pics should be taken in a two piece suit (front & back view).$1000 USD

This program is reserved for those competitors who have completed a 12 Week Competition Prep program in the last 30 days. Kim will keep you on track by designing a nutrition, training, cardio, supplementation plan to follow so that you will achieve your competition goals for the upcoming season. It takes all the worry out of the post-competition phase! Please contact our offices to get set up on your off season program!
